FAQ
Our meeting point is the space in front of the stairs of the Palace of Culture and Science on the side of Marszałkowska Street (Plac Defilad). Exact location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/PtVeFxkSBQKN4weHA
Please be at the starting point a few minutes before the tour start time.
The guide will be holding an open red umbrella with the VisitPKIN logo. They will be at the starting point 10 minutes before the tour begins.
Yes! That is our speciality. As an organised group, we use priority entry, so you ride up to the 30th floor without standing in the public queue, which can be very long for individual visitors.
The guided tour lasts approximately 60 minutes and ends on the viewing terrace — you are welcome to stay there independently until closing time (8:00 PM).
We will visit 5 representative halls (conference and ballrooms) on the 2nd and 4th floors. During the tour, our licensed Warsaw guide will tell you about the history and secrets of the Palace of Culture, and finally we will go (without queuing) to the 30th floor viewing terrace, where you can stay as long as you like (until 8:00 PM).
See the routeThis is possible if there are still places available. We strongly recommend buying online at visitpkin.pl. The number of places in the group is limited and tickets often sell out in advance. If there are free spots, the guide will help you make a reservation on-site via your phone.
Buy Ticket OnlineWe start promptly at the tour start time. For the first 5 minutes we will still be in front of the building. If you are later than that, your reservation unfortunately lapses.
Yes, although the Palace is a historic building and there are some sections with stairs along the representative halls route. We would suggest carrying your child in a carrier rather than a pram.
The main language of our tours is Polish. However, we have dedicated slots in English, German, Spanish, Russian and Belarusian.
There is no need. We care about the environment, so simply show us the QR code on your smartphone screen or provide the name under which the reservation was made.
Of course! 90% of our route takes place indoors in the beautiful halls of the Palace. In case of bad weather, the guide will be waiting for you under the covered columns at the main entrance.
