Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled start.
Your guide will be holding an open red umbrella with the VisitPKIN logo and will be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour begins.
Yes, if places are still available. We strongly recommend booking in advance at visitpkin.pl because group capacity is limited and tickets often sell out early. If there are remaining spots, the guide can help you reserve on-site using your phone.
Buy Ticket OnlineThe tour starts exactly on time. We stay outside the building for the first 5 minutes, but after that your reservation unfortunately lapses.
The guided visit takes about 60 minutes and finishes on the viewing terrace, where you can stay on your own until closing time (8:00 PM).
Yes. Organised groups use priority access, so you go up to the 30th floor without joining the standard public queue, which is often very long.
You will visit 5 representative halls (conference and ballroom spaces) on the 2nd and 4th floors. Our licensed Warsaw guide shares the history and secrets of the Palace, and we finish with queue-free access to the 30th floor viewing terrace, where you may stay until 8:00 PM.

Polish is the main tour language. We also run dedicated slots in English, German, Spanish, Russian and Belarusian.
No printout is required. Just show the QR code on your smartphone or give the name used for the reservation.
Yes. Around 90% of the route is indoors in the Palace halls. In bad weather, the guide waits under the covered columns at the main entrance.
